SPR# KHAN6B7LF7 - In the selection criteria dialog accessed when editing archive settings, the view "All Documents" should
not be in the view/folder list for the user to select.

Problem:
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# KHAN6B7LF7 and was fixed
in Notes/Domino release 6.5.5.

SPR# KHAN6B7LF7 - In the selection criteria dialog accessed when editing
archive settings, the view, All Documents, should not be in the view/folder
list for the user to select.
Workaround
In one particular case, in the archive settings for the enabled archive
criteria, the option, "In these views or folders," was checked in the Select
Documents section. The All Documents view was selected as the view from which
to archive documents.
After deselecting the "In these views or folders" option, the documents were
correctly archived when using "Archive Now".
If you want to archive all documents in the database meeting the specified
criteria, the "In these views or folders" option should not be checked. This
can cause confusion because the All Documents view is available in the "In
these views or folders" options.
